Here are some highlights and deadlines:
- REGISTRATION due BY Wednesday, October 29th at 6:00pm (you will be added to a waitlist if you miss this date!

- Total for the trip (based on 4 kids per room) is $1229 LET'S DO SOME FUNDRAISING!
- Parent Chaperones- PLEASE pick the Double Occupancy- $1443- again, we can fill some of this with fundraising!!!!! IF YOU WANT your own room, please select that when registering.

and have shipped to your house by the holidays- don't forget all the people on your shopping list for the year. Think birthdays, graduation, Mother's Day... all the festivities. Hostess gifts- here in the south we know to bring a searcy/hostess gift.
Ok, so back to the Chicago information. This is a copy of what you received in your email!
A few items to note as you register your traveler:
- Registration must be completed by a parent or legal guardian unless the traveler is 18+.
- All registrations MUST go through the portal (no phone registrations accepted).
- Please add noreply@wetravel.com and help@mykatrip.com to your approved sender list.All payment reminders and trip updates will come from these addresses.
- Registration deadline fort his trip is Wednesday, October 29 @ 6:00 PM EST o If you miss the deadline, you can join the waitlist on the trip portal and an invitation will be sent pending availability.
- A $451.00 non-refundable deposit is due when you register.
- Payment schedule reminders will be sent via email (see above) for each additional payment. You can also opt into autopay.
- Your payment is based on your assigned room package (any changes or discrepancies will be reflected in your bill).
- Please note that KA can only offer packages pre-approved by your school (no deviations, extensions, or add-ons).
- All room assignments are arranged by the school - please send any requests to your group leaders.
